Ipsy Glam Bag – January. Not disappointed.

Hello all!  It’s Friday!  Hooray!  Of course, as a stay at home mom, everyday is Friday  *she says, as she prepares to dodge sharp objects.*  Okay, before you hurl that ninjey star in my direction, allow me to present Ipsy’s January Glam Bag.

Once again, I was pleased with my goodies.  Here’s the breakdown:

This is a FULL size Nailtini nail polish in Bloody Mary valued at $14.  Genius marketing!  Pictured is two coats.  Mega points for high shine without a top coat.  Plus, I’ve had it on for 5 days and have had no chipping.  To see more colors and products click here.

If you like that fresh salon smell like I do, then this hairspray is for you.  Excellent control and hold.  This is a deluxe sample weighing in at 1.5 oz.  Not bad.  A full size at 10.6 oz. will cost you $17.50.  Ulta carries this and more from Sexy Hair.

The Mac Daddy of the bag – Josie Maran Argan Oil.  This oil can be used just about anywhere you feel parched.  I’ve been using it on my cuticles, what with my whole “no mutilating my fingers” 2013 resolution.  And it works!  This deluxe sample is .17 oz but this goodness goes a long way.  A 1.7oz bottle will run you around $48.

What a luxurious body cream!  It has a non-greasy, silky feel and it’s loaded with anti-oxidants.  The deluxe sample is truly deluxe – a whopping 2.5 oz!  A full size 8 oz tube will run you $15.  The best part?  The smell!  It smells like:

This is Soho’s crease brush.  It’s a cheap brush that will do in a pinch.  It’s definitely a light weight, figuratively and literally.  Its handle is plastic instead of wood which is used in more effective (and expensive) makeup brushes.  It’s valued at $8.99 and that’s about $4 to much.
